Intellectual property

In application of the French code for intellectual property and, more generally, of international treaties and agreements with provisions on protecting copyright, the reproduction, modification, use, or reuse of MSF CRASH images, logo and site content for public or commercial use is strictly prohibited. This includes text, images and other material.

The reproduction or use of msf-crash.org and/or part thereof for any other use requires formal prior approval from the MSF-CRASH team. Should authorisation be granted, the source, MSF-CRASH or the copyright owner must be cited.

French legislation on rights to access electronic data

When you subscribe to the newsletter or notifications of publications through the website, you agree to receive information from us. In accordance with French Law N° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and modified in 2004 on IT, data and liberties (CNIL), you have the right to access, modify, delete or rectify data held about you.
